Leading the Way: Wittenberg's Office of Student Involvement Recognizes Campus Leaders During Annual Event
Wittenberg's Office of Student Involvement hosted the eighth annual Leadership Awards. The event, part of this year's presidential Inauguration programming, took place inside the Benham-Pence Student Center's Dining Room on Wednesday, April 4, and celebrated individuals, organizations and events that impacted the campus community in a positive way throughout the 2017-18 academic year, all of which contributed to the university's success.

Capping off a day-long Celebration of the Liberal Arts at Wittenberg University, the campus community came together to celebrate the achievements of students and faculty members alike at the annual Honors Convocation in Weaver Chapel. The faculty commemorated the occasion in full academic regalia as the university recognized high achievement of students and faculty members in academic and co-curricular activities.
Springfield resident Mellie Derry, a sophomore majoring in marketing, was one of the four Ashland University students receiving awards at the NEOHO (North East Ohio Housing Officers) RA conference on Jan. 30 in Alliance, Ohio.
